Advanced Machinery EDM high-speed EDM drilling machines are designed for drilling deep holes of small diameter in various conductive materials, such as hardened steel, stainless steel, hard alloy, copper, aluminum, and others. Electroerosive drilling is carried out by a tubular electrode with rotation and pumping of the working fluid through the internal cavity. The machines allow you to make holes of small diameter from 0.15 mm to 6.0 mm, depth up to 300 mm (the depth depends on the diameter of the electrode), while significantly faster than traditional methods, as well as “drilling” where it is practically impossible to obtain holes mechanically. You can drill holes in inclined, spherical and curved surfaces. With their help, you can get accurate concentric holes, carry out processing at an angle, avoid deformations at the inlet and outlet, burn out broken taps, drills, and bolts. The capabilities of these machines are most fully revealed in the electronic and aerospace industries (flashing holes with a diameter of 0.15 mm or more in hard-to-work materials - hard alloys, hardened steel, etc.), as well as engine-building, tooling, jewelry, manufacturing medical equipment and many other areas. But first of all, these machines are used to drill start holes in the workpieces of parts with subsequent processing on EDM wire-cutting machines.

RWP POTTER is a welding rotator with a faceplate height of 280 mm and a load capacity of up to 25 kg. The advantage of this device is that the rotation speed of the fixed metal can be adjusted individually by the master welder. It must exactly correspond to the speed of formation of a particular seam. The design has a robust steel casing with a rotation mechanism on which can be installed, as a standard faceplate with grooves, and a universal chuck directly on the rotor. The faceplate has an electric drive to tilt the faceplate from 0 ° to 110 ° to ensure an optimal welding position, rotation speed from 0.4 to 15.00 rpm. There are mounting points on the rotator housing for mounting the welding torch support. Each positioner is equipped with an R2 automatic welding control unit by default. The controller allows you to control the welding cycle, find the zero point and provides the pneumatic lift of the welding torch.
